It has built using an acoustic engineering design and supports HD sound clarity (300Hz - 20kHz). It includes 8 built-in microphones (that actually provide an audio pick capacity equivalent to 16 microphones) and four 85 dB speakers.

Yamaha PJP-50USB covers a range of 32' and picks up audio signals proficiently. Up to 4 units can be interconnected to span a larger room. With integrated Echo Cancellation and Adaptive Noise Reduction Technology, PJP-50USB conferencing phone filters any echo (that generates from the device) and unwanted background audio to transmit only clear and loud voice signals. Yamaha PJP-50USB conferencing phone provides Full-Duplex audio communication and can also be connected to external sound systems speakers to maximize the reach. Owing to its Auto Talker Detection feature, it can automatically sense the direction from which a voice signal is being generated, and is powered by a simple USB cable.
