It supports any codec, speed, resolution, layout or port without losing capacity or HD video quality. This enables it to easily support multiple conferences. The LifeSize Bridge also makes scheduled and on demand conferencing simple for your IT administrators and users.
• Highest HD Quality. The State of the Art technology used in LifeSize Bridge eliminates the need to downgrade quality to the lowest common denominator so that everyone in multiparty calls can have the same quality. The MCU architecture utilizing flat capacity used in it enables everyone to have the same rich HD experience with minimal effort. Its symmetric approach to both 720p60 and 1080p30 receives a high-quality video stream in and transmits the same high-quality resolution without distortion. It can support more than 200 resolutions and features sustained frame rates, a customized screen layout per participant, and up to four Mbps throughput.
• Unrivaled price and performance. The LifeSize Bridge has a flat capacity pricing for 16 ports. The resolution doesn't affect the price, it has the lowest price per 720p30, 720p60 and 1080p port and, at 720p60 and 1080p30 HD quality, it is priced less than one-third the cost of others in the market. The more the number of network users, the bigger the advantage. The amount of money you spend on a large, centralized chassis, in LifeSize you can get connections up to three times the number of users in full HD. • Layouts. There are 12 continuous presence layouts available. Multiple continuous presence layouts with voice activated switchers occupying up to 3 main quadrants. You also get unique layout per participant. DTMF tone and Far End Camera control to switch layouts. There is an automatic layout selection based on the number of participants. Selectable text inset percentage to adjust for TV over scan.
• On-screen Information Overlay. There is a text overlay feature that displays participants names. Audio only, active speaker name. Icons for endpoint audio mute, administrative audio mute and video mute.
• Anti glare visor and lens coating. This feature reduces light glare on the lens to ensure more productive HD video communications.

• Conference Control from the Endpoint. The control contains direct dial-in via H.323 or SIP call string, selectable Far End Camera control or DTMF tone-based management, 12 selectable continuous presence layouts, automatic speaker placement into prominent window, and individual control to place any participant into the prominent window.

• Quality of Service. QoS support with Diffserve and TOS/IP Precedence.
• Conference Support. You can schedule conferences with 2-16 participants, schedule 40 on-demand conferences, conference registration to gatekeepers and SIP PBX’s, and also individual conference customization.

The following utilities are available: Adobe Air application for managing the bridge via Microsoft Windows and Apple OSX, 3 login levels for Administrator, User, and Support, complete system configuration, control and monitoring of conferences and bridge, drag and drop calendar scheduler, and live conference management with individual and conference level controls.
• Conference Control from the LifeSize Bridge Utility. You have entire conference and individual control over: Audio and video (mute/unmute), Layout selection, Termination (entire conference / individual), and User expertise settings (self-view, speaker order, status indications, announcements, navigation, text inset). You can also receive statistics reporting.
• System Management. You get LifeSize Bridge Utility that has SDL management API for 3rd party management, and LifeSize Control support for Microsoft Exchange Integration, Google Mail integration, Conference setup and initiation.
• Logging. This feature gives you syslog for diagnostics with control over audio, communications, database, license manager, scheduler, system administration, system information, system status, timer, user interface and video verbosity. You can also get detailed call records.
