VOS software is a professional digital video recording and video on demand system, which provides you with online live broadcast and VOD service of video conferences. Installed on PC or server, VOS software can record digital streams from a conference in real time, store them in ASF format and provide user with WEB-based online VOD service. The system also delivers online live broadcast of a conference in multicast mode.
Digital Recording Storage
The system receives directly digital video streams transmitted by an MCU over network, which prevents signal losses usually caused by secondary coding/decoding. Recorded files are saved in ASF format. Their encoding rate, format and resolution are consistent with those of the original conference.
Dual Video Stream Recording/Playback
System software supports synchronous recording and playback of primary and secondary video streams during a dual streaming conference in order to record the entire process of the collaborative conference. Recording or playback of secondary video stream is on user’s preference.
Flexible VOD Replay
Multiple modes can be taken for replaying conference data recorded previously, including online log-on by WEB browser, by Windows Media Player and by a videoconferencing endpoint. In the process of playback, the software allows user to operate as Start, Pause, Restart, Stop and Go to Designated Play Position.
Online Live Conference Broadcast
The system delivers online live broadcast of a conference in multicast mode, no need of waiting till the end of recording. Therefore, audience can watch online live conference through their computer.
